At Red State, we pride ourselves in producing and shipping out any order within 2-business days after the order has been placed. Standard ground delivery times are subjective based on your location, but transit times typically range between 3-5 business days to most places in the continental United States. If you need an order delivered more quickly,
we have Express 2-Day and Overnight delivery options as well!

Very few stainless-steel tumblers are technically dishwasher safe, but we got curious and tested our tumblers repeatedly with no discernable issues after multiple washes.That said, it’s always best to hand wash any stainless-steel tumbler.

All of our drinkware is customized and made-to-order but additional customization is available for most products in the form of monograms, names and titles. Some products
may not qualify due to product availability, limited marking areas, or
difficulties in marking due to the design of the product. Any product that has an additional customizable element will have the option available on the product page.

At Red State, we believe it’s better to “measure twice and cut once”. All our tumblers are custom, made-to-order and we allocate substantial time, technology, and processes to
ensure the item you order is the item you receive. If a delivered product matches your order
specifications, then the item is considered non-returnable. 

However, if your product is defective or inconsistent with
the order you placed, please send images of the product to sales@redstatetumblers.com.
Include your invoice number, contact information and a description of the problem. When an error has been confirmed, we will make every effort to resend
the correct order as soon as possible. We will process the remake exactly as you had originally requested and reship using the original shipping method selected. Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to notify RedState of any errors or defective product and to provide supporting documentation of the error/defect.

We are proud to say that we are officially licensed to sell various Department of Defense, seals, icons and imagery. We currently have licensing rights through the US Air Force/Space Force and the US Navy. We are pending licensing approval through the US Marine Corps and the US Army.

Yes! Our tumblers are stainless steel and have double-wall vacuum insulation. They are heat and cold-resistant as well as BPA and lead-free.
